Chris brings nearly a decade of real estate experience and more than 25 years of familiarity with the Atlanta market. His background spans both residential and commercial real estate, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, and investment across single-family, multifamily, industrial, mixed-use, hospitality, healthcare, and retail properties.

Throughout his career, Chris has worked on more than $500 million in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, developments, and investments. He also has extensive experience in real estate capital markets, maintaining relationships with more than 100 private capital sources, including family offices, private debt and equity funds, and high-net-worth investors. He has helped secure more than $150 million in capital for development projects on behalf of clients.

This combination of transaction experience, development knowledge, capital relationships, and deep familiarity with the Atlanta area allows Chris to provide clients with a broader perspective when evaluating residential real estate opportunities.
